Advertising poster created in 1948 by illustrator Ernest Senécal (1894-1979) for The Province of Québec Tourist Bureau.

With nearly 3.6 million water bodies and tens of thousands of streams and rivers on its territory, freshwater fishing in Quebec has been a tourist attraction for a long time.

The high resolution photographic file is taken from the original. The rights for commercial reproduction were acquired from the BAnQ (National Library and Archives of Quebec).
