We deliver everywhere  in Canada through Canada Post.

Delivery fees and options appear when you enter the delivery address during the checkout process.

A tracking number is always provided to you by email.

Return Policy

 

1. If you are not completely satisfied with the product delivered, you have fourteen (14) days after receiving the product to notify us in order to be reimbursed the total amount transacted at the time of the online purchase.

2. Following your return request we will send you the necessary postage (postage stamp) so that you can return your purchase to us free of charge.

3. Once we have received your returned product, the total amount transacted at the time of the online purchase will be refunded to you.

4. Please note that claims based exclusively on color mismatch will not be accepted.

Have you received a damaged product?

5. In the event your product is damaged upon arrival, please inform us of the situation not later than seven (7) days after the delivery of the product by Canada Post. We will contact you with the steps to follow to obtain an exchange or a refund.

6. In order to speed up the process for an exchange or a refund, we ask that you send a photo of the damaged product.

Taxes collected

 

For the time being, as a small Quebec goods supplier, cartoNuance does not collect taxes. For more details please visit the website of Revenu Quebec, and consult the documentation related to the classification of small suppliers. However, taxes are collected by Canada Post and are included in the delivery price shown.

Our story

 

The cartoNuance Art & info online store was set up by Jacques Gélinas, a professional cartographer by trade and micro-entrepreneur in geomatics.

The origin...

In 2010, Jacques decided to produce a wall map of Gatineau Park, which took over a year to design and bring to market. Since then, more than 1,000 copies of his map have been sold in four different versions. The financial gain was minimal, but he had discovered his passion for graphic design, printing and retail.

The startup...

In 2020, Jacques decided to re-launch the venture, this time, with a planned approach based on his experience gained since 2010. Thus, the first version of an online store showcasing half a dozen prints was launched.
